While we do our best to get all orders out in a timely manner, there is the occasional unforseen week's events which may delay a shipment (up all night with a sick horse, computer crashed, 100 year snowfall shuts down mail, 3 feet of mud). Seriously, we pride ourselves on our friendly customer service, but we are a very small family business. That being said, we appreciate it when our customers cut us some slack.
