ORDERING ON OUR SECURE SITE
We've done our best to make shopping on ubraidit.com a no-hassle experience. However, there may be multiple orders received at the same time for an item available in limited quantities. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible so a decision can be made regarding your order.
If you have questions about a particular item, please contact us for more information before placing the order.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All transactions are processed via a Secure Server using SSL encryption.
New Mexico residents will pay sales tax of 8.3125% which is automatically calculated during checkout.
When to expect your order
At U-BRAID-IT we try to be as efficient as possible. If all items are in stock (we will contact you if otherwise), we will do our best to get them boxed and on their way within 24 to 48 hours. Keep in mind, holidays, weekends, and the occasional time we are away will slow the shipping process.
SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
We ship worldwide through the US Postal Service via Priority Mail in most cases, or First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Occasionally we may opt to use UPS or Fed-Ex if the customer requests such services, or if these shipping methods are less expensive. We try our best to save our customers money with flat rate boxes, etc.
Note: Shipping rates for US residents up to $199.99 will be automatically calculated during checkout. CHARGES ARE PENDING ONLY. Depending on actual weight and destination, the charges may be less than stated. If this is the case, we will make the adjustment to your order and final charges. Orders over this amount will be charged accordingly. Please contact us for a shipping estimate if your order exceeds this amount, or ship to address is not within the US.
Transit times can vary, but are generally 2 to 5 business days (from when we ship) for Priority Mail within the US. Foreign orders can take anywhere from 10 to 14 days, depending on customs. If your package has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us immediately so we can track your package.
Shipping on Specialty Tools
Our Specialty Tools are drop shipped by the builder from the state of Tennessee and are handled separately from any U-BRAID-IT packages. Shipping is through the US Postal Service via Priority Mail. The shipping rates provided on our site pertain to packages shipped from our office in Santa Fe and not from Tennessee. Therefore, we will need to re-calculate the shipping once the order is received. If you wish to receive a shipping quote before placing your order, please contact us otherwise we will proceed with the updated shipping charge.
Incorrect address or failure to pick up a package
In the event that you provide the incorrect address or fail to pick up a package and the package is returned as undeliverable, we will first contact you. The customer will pay the shipping to resend it.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We pride ourselves on offering quality goods to our customers. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, we will be more than happy to assist as long as the following criteria is met:
• All returnable items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition and received by us within 10 days from the date of purchase. Note: The Rope-N-Go pet harness has a 30 day money back guarantee and is not warranted against normal wear and tear. Please refer to the accompanying hang tag for directions on use and safety.
• Closeout items are final and non-refundable.
• Shipping expenses included with original purchase are not refundable. Return shipping will be paid by the customer, as well as shipping on exchanges.
• Exchanges can be made on unopened/unused paracord rolls for a different color within 7 days, and only if the individual pays the return shipping. Please order cord samples if in doubt as to color.
• All custom cut ropes (including paracord, halter rope, yacht rope and cinch cords) are not returnable.
• Horse tack and/or other items made from our quality supplies are subject to normal wear and tear, and are therefore not returnable if made into an item. It is the responsibility of the individual making the item to ensure that the item is deemed safe for use.
